Unfortunately, it's not a good solution
Unfortunately, there are problems with this solution:

-First of all, the ISP or email software has to support it. If it isn't supported by your ISP and/or email software, you lose all of its benefits, since you're not capable of checking to see if your email has been certified.

-Second of all, it's designed only for large companies. The average consumer can't use this service to send certified emails.

Frankly, we need a solution that supports the average joe, not just large companies. Otherwise, it's totally ineffective. Spam will continue.

This is a rather poor solution IMHO.
