spyware bill
I briefed the bill and it looks well thought out and allows for what the normal person would think of as flexability to handle standard WEB experience. If anyone feels that the current legislation is enough I need say one thing "Zonga". If you have ever made the mistake of going to a Zonga supported site you will find out quickly that it overrides most standard popup blockers because it comes up with the drivers.

The real question is, "will the commission be willing to spend the time and effort to persue the offenders"
