You Better Watch Out
This is like that law they passed in California many years ago that requires any facility that contains -anything- that might cause cancer to post a sign saying "This facility contains chemicals... etc".

Who knows what causes cancer, or might someday cause cancer? The upshot was that every. single. building. got one of these signs. If they had sweet & low in the coffee room, up went a sign. If the janitors used ammonia to clean the windows, up went a sign. You couldn't go anywhere without being "exposed to cancer." So what happened? Everybody ignored the signs.

We finally got rid of the X-10 camera pop-under guys, and now comes the U.S. Congress to demand pop-ups to "warn" us every time we land on a site that uses cookies. Arrggghhh.
