it's not one or the other....
yes parents must pay more attention to what their kids are doing... especially with respect to the internet (hello, keystroke logger anyone?)... now more than ever before BUT... no registered sex offender should be allowed to have an account on a social networking site... period. We impose additional regulations on them all the time... they're not allowed to live near schools either... whats the difference?
