Saddly I can understand the frustration ninemsn and other companies face as they try to make the benefits of cyrberspace a safe friendly enviroment where people of all ages to chat and share ideas online. All to often it is poor HUMAN nature that causes the sink into depravity. This is large the fault of the public media braodcasting system who delight in the news stories of crime, destruction, murder and sexual representation over the airways as they hole heartly condition people's out look on how life is. Yet if the Media started to show people what good things are happening in the world today this would re-educate people's way of thinking and help to build a more peaceful way of living instead of creating Hate to feed more Hate. You can see this everytime you walk down a street people putting others down so in desparation many of these people turn to the net in the hope of finding anyone who will be with them. But in the extreme case where a Adult's pray upon children when they are caught they should be placed in the armed services and made to serve thier country on the frontlines of war torn countries at least this way they may come back at wars end better people with an apperication for life
