What?
These types of crimes have always existed, I agree with. But, in the 21st Century, there are new ways to perpetrate them. Keeping up with technology means watching, and policing, any online community that has child predators as members. The Internet is a vast knowledge bank, but it is also full of people wanting to hurt you, and your children. To say it is solely the parent's responsibility is ludicrous! Any law that will better protect my children, and grandchildren is welcomed fully.
