Seek proper legal remedies
invoke whatever petitions and or boycotts, form on Journals, and be done with it. If you maintain an internet journal or diary, you maintain a backup copy, take your social peers to another site or form one, and form your policies and practices within the confines of the laws of the land, and any violations fire up the proper legal remedies, if any. At this point, LiveJournal and its former users are at a point of public disclosure that will have ramifications on both, to the better or to the worse.
