I am in Fandom. I'm also an LJ account holder.

I don't write child porn or incest fics, nor do I read them. This purge didn't effect me or anyone I know in anyway.

I do write. I can assure you, I'm perfectly sane. As are those I know who write. I can tell you this in full confidence seeing as I've met many, if not most, of them in person. However, having read the response of those whose communities/journals were deleted, I learned the following: some of the people who have been affected are those who were abused as children, and now their outlet for fictional expression has been ripped away without reason. Some of the people who were affected had no other escape. Some of the people who were affected had the so-called "trigger words" in their interests list because they were students of criminal justice, and their journals were erased based simply on their interests rather than being issued a letter or warning.

Don't insult me and mine. Especially when it's more than obvious you have no idea what you're talking about.
