Google has the biggest most reliable web presence with more backend
processing power than anybody on the planet. They can scale out faster and cheaper than any other company on the planet.

The engineers at Google are the real thing.

Now, I don't want to say anything bad about the engineers since the management often make them do things that do not make sense from a technical standpoint, but, almost NOBODY is stupid enough to use MS tech for the largest websites.
