Google kicks offline Web apps into gear

This is what we have been waiting for!! And, SQLite is a great little: database, but I have to admit that I was caught off guard by it's use here! I was thinking they would use Derby, but great to see Google helping out the SQLite project, and, SQLite is language neutral.

But, this is a historic moment, this is the dawning of the age of standard off-line web applications. I imagine that it will eventually be standard with FireFox. Thanks Google for the contributions!!!!
