Don't read too much into the statement
I was just using it as an example: People take issue with someone running around the neighborhood with a pistol, yet photographing my property from every angle and uploading it to the web, and I should be happy with that thought?

What next? Google 3D heat signature view of the inside of my house? (as they are not actually looking INTO the house, just mapping out the rooms via the heat signature it generates OUTSIDE the house)

I was just using it as an example that we have a set of laws covering gun ownership and use, not the old west where if you didn't want to get shot, stay indoors.

At what point do you feel "enough is enough" (as in how close can the zoom in on your back yard)

In a couple of years you won't even be able to go outback your house without the fear of Google or someone else from contracting a company with a satalite or airplane filming you and putting it on the web.

I don't want to be sitting naked in the hottub with my wife while a new Google satalite zooms in to "book text" level and uploading the images onto their sites...

A fence stops the rest of the world from looking in, but now I need to enclose the top of the yard now too?
