Microsoft could of done it with Zune but instead it implemented DRM in Vista and also in Zune (which is even more restrictive than Apple's).

Yes yes I know iPod has it as well.. But they've been out for years. Microsoft could of tried to lead the pack for a change but as usual it's going to ride on people's coattails.
