I'm not sure what you call an exploit
But googling for iis exploits does report some, so I'm not sure which world you come from in asserting that there haven't been any.

Other than that, if Microsoft does have this (apparently newish) staff quality control thing in place, as a Microsoft employee you should be able to give an overview of how many people have been dropped by Microsoft for incompetence, and perhaps some details about what the most popular points of incompetence are.
