Actually, MS does hold their developers responsible with SDL
Actually, MS does hold their developers responsible with SDL (Secure Development Lifecycle). This is why you have something like IIS 6.0 being nearly 4 years old with zero remote exploits. This is why you have the 2 year old MS SQL Server 2005 with zero remote exploits. MS Developers are held responsible for bad code.
