When will we audit management that cause such failures?
Or the CEO or CIO with the purse strings clutched tightly.

I have seen IT people hit burn out and failures more from the magic dollar signs and budget denials than from someone blatantly making mistakes. Listen to your experts.

-- I have seen MS certified people not know diddly about running an environment too.
