Nice little rant, but if you want to be taken seriously, first get your simple facts straight.

Rome was never a democratic republic. Nor was Nazi Germany.
The Roman republic was an elitist organization where class and birthright governed your qualifications to govern, It was not democratic at all by modern definition.
In Germany, The Nazis took over power from the Weimar republic, A short lived institution that only existed a few years and was sandwiched between the second and third reichs (The term Weimar Republich was manufactured by historians later. Germans called them themselves the Deutsches Reich " or the German Empire")

Internet tax while annoying, is not the same thing as fascism. And considering the amount of dept the U.S. owes, a tax on the internet was probably inevitable.
