Access Tax & Internet Sales Tax
If Internet Sales taxes are imposed (and I think they should be), the tax needs to be paid to the state where the purchaser resides and not the state where the business is located.

As far a taxing access to the NET, how is it any different than taxing all of the other communication venues. Phone, Cable TV, etc. The providers will be allowed to pass the tax on to the consumer anyway. God forbid we should tax the ISP. Some of our best politicians are heavily invested in those companies. How would they continue to make their way in the world if their ROI was reduced?
