Still, any way you slice it, this is fair sampling, AND, Google makes if

VERY simple to tell them to not index a site.

The reason there is not click through is because readers are NOT interested in the story, or already read it somewhere else, or, maybe clicked on the one just below that was more interesting.

Thinking that the user gets anything interesting, other than the general topic, out of the little snippet is pretty STUPID.
