If you get on the list by mistake
I think you have a lot more problems than worrying about My Space.

The list already exists. This is just a minor addition to all the other restrictions and privacy invasive privileges law enforcement already gets against the person on the list.

Where I live a registered sex offender must inform law enforcement of thier home, work and such details with in a certain period of time and must update this if they move or change employment. Myspace is hardly an issue to be concerned with if you get on this list. Getting off the list would be key.
