Lemme explain it to you. There are sufficient "holes" as outlined in my previous post to show that the system isn't "tight". I gave examples that used the term "convict".

That means that the AGs will ask for more, in the name of "tracking the sex offender". How do you propose that the AGs will completely ensure that convicted sex offenders don't use "MySpace"?

Only one way that I can see and that is universal identification of everyone, or are they going to microchip the offender, pass laws requiring public Internet installations install scanners, etc, etc, etc,...
