Copyright?!?
Well lets leave it us to first say we need to protect the companies that make cds and etc. Now we are saying that we have to sue companies so that music can be pulled off of the CD that you payed money for to put on another media player.

I hate to say this is insane that a law could even be written this vauge. It breaks copyright laws itself so thus it shouldnt be upheld. Everyone says copying DVDs or CDs is bad for the industry. Well how many times have you had your libary stolen? It is legal to copy music or movies for personal use. A backup copy if you will and if you paid for you libary then it is fine.

This argument about if you have to buy your music again just because you carry an Ipod or Creative around is absurd. You may have paid thousands of dollars just for the CDs now they want you to pay more? This is the final straw and I believe that consumers need to start sueing companies like this for trying to force us to buy a product again just because we want to convert a file format. It would be like saying that you have just purchased your car but you would have to buy it again at current market value to give to your son.
