What? You can't do the impossible?
Really, I'm shocked that you nearly admit to your own hypocrisy. Google is supposed to do the impossible, but that's not a standard you hold yourself to.

Okay, so if YouTube only monitors the top 10 videos, is that an acceptable solution for you? That's all you're willing and/or capable of doing, so it should be good enough, right? So ten out of millions and you're satisified?

You keep ignoring my point so I'll state it again. It is impossible, just by viewing a video, to know who holds the copyright, how to contact them, and whether it has been posted with permission. Do I need to repeat this again? You still haven't suggested any means for doing these things.
