Interesting but...
Trying to argue with the guys that make the laws that the DMCA protects them is a sure fire way of making certain they change the law so it doesn't.

So, I wonder (and I am certain so does Congress) how if they can keep child porn, hate videos, etc. from being on YouTube why can't they do it for copyrighted work?

As stated above, it takes about .01 seconds to see copyrighted work, all you need do is look at the top played videos.
