rediculous
Now imagine Stars whos income is dircetly dependant on their image is it any wonder that their lawyers would yank offending things off the internet or simply depend on the perception of them beoing so rediculous that no one even pays serious attention. Now a common person that does not have people watching out for them like hawks should certianly never have to answer to another human being for their livelyhood regarding any stupid crap that ended up on the internet REGARDLESS the source or dependability.

I would certainly advise this guy to either defend himself personally to the emplyoyer and then search for a better job.
