this man should have never been fired
Well this is utter **** regardless. Imagine a work place. It is well known by anyone that works, that basically everyone at work has some inherent characteristics of your competitive enemy. Only an uneducated person wouldn't acknowlege this or someone that is in denial. See ADAM SMITH. Now imagine a workplace future where anything that happened could end up on the internet. Now imagine a person sitting at a computer curious about another person. Lets's face it bosses for the most part are toolbags and they would hire someone else in an instant becasue that is at the heart of the function of their job to not lose money Being a leader of men certainly serve more of a function but that is not the more common reality unfortunatly. So this can in no way say anything about justice. Furthermore, and most importantly the "innocent until proven" concept has always worked and is one of the very few things that the court system can boast about in a free country and at protecting one from undue harm. That concept alone comcan't in any way be compared or shadowed in usefullness to truth on the internet. Anyone's life outside of work is their own business when push comes to shove. This guy literaly earned his money by being clever. He cost the tax payers NOTHING. He was an idiot and probabaly would have been better off in a hotel room and he certainly is entitled to that. But lets let his own idiocy allow him to learn where to sleep as well as how to make money in more comfortable and practical ways. This has little to do work. And a future where people cannot get away from the spying of their own naturally skeptical coworkers is simply not welcome.
