Misleading ZD title
Sensational 'journalism'. In the ZDNet 'Announcements', this article was entitled "Googling could get you fired". That is totally misleading... it's not about being fired for googling, and it's not about getting fired for being googled... as the court ruled it wasn't! The guy was fired for blatant abuse and claimed that his employer was biased by googling him and his past. The court disagreed that there was bias... or that googling had any effect. So googling did NOT get him fired. Googling porn might, but that is irrelevant to this article.
Re: another post... Fired more than once makes for a loser, not an abused exerciser of rights... there is no conspiracy here... just a thief of taxpayer money looking for a technical 'out' from just punishment.
Like Paris H... loser ...of her court case, appealing to the governor for special treatment. (If the ZD announcement title was irrelevant, I might as well include some too.)
