To answer your question, I am indeed a U.S. citizen, born and bred, not that it's relevant to the discussion at hand.
I still don't have any clue what TV spectrum rights has to do with Web 2.0. A news article reporting on a survey with a human readable summary of the results doesn't seem like an appropriate place to get on what's obviously your favorite soapbox du jour.
Also, using Google for web search, having a gmail account, maybe publishing a couple of documents on their apps service, using their desktop search, or reading articles on Wikipedia does not make you one of the eight percenters producing Web 2.0 social content. Very few people fully leverage the collaboration tools built into Google Apps or contribute to Wikipedia articles relative to the number of readers (labelled "Productivity Enhancers" in the article above). - Posted by: william.furr@...
