Article is Way Off
The two items that define Web 2.0 are WikiPedia and Google. I seriously doubt anyone surfing the web doesn't know about both. RSS will come of course but this article gets two thumbs way down. What is its purpose. Are readers looking to slow the pace of change?

Or is this an attempt to lull US Citizens into allowing the sale of broadband from TV spectrum. Get Behind US Satan. The greatest commons of all history should not be privatized. See this Web 2.0 commons as the mechanism the will make the USA economically dominant for 1000 years. See also that TV spectrum should be used for TV like things - like the Public Broadcasting now known as YouTube. There is a reason for Times Person of the Year.

Rise US Citizens - do not let TV spectrum so valuable for our economic, educational and safety be privatized. Lets keep this spectrum from the corporations who would have it.
