Ok, let's see... YouTube expressly forbids user copyright infringement on multiple pages within their site, and they remove alleged infringing content when notified, as required by the DMCA.

It seems that anyone who can't get people to come watch video at their sites sue the one place that has, and that even if you obey the provisions of the DMCA, you're going to be sued by every YouTube wannabe on the planet anyway.
