What a bunch of idiots
As part of a scientific research and educational institution that's undergoing a massive budget crisis because the NIH does not have the funds to pay for the grants they've already awarded, trust me, increased spending will in fact help increase research and training. We're shutting down labs because of the lack of grant money available to do basic research. We're leaving scientists unemployed and turning away students. We're leaving promising avenues of research unexplored.

What a bunch of idiots--cutting taxes on industries is not going to solve this problem. Time and time again, this has been shown to put more money into the pockets of the owners of those corporations. There is no trickle down.
