Intuits Problems become our problems

Here's my story, I finished checking my numbers about 9:30 EST. I then started to try to eFile and did receive the 'busy' error.

Well one thing led to another and I had to Print my return and Drive at 10:30 PM 130 miles round trip in order to have my return postmarked by midnight.

It doesn't matter what OS is running the server, it's the management's decisions that led to this failure. They did Not plan well enough in advance to 'ramp up' the bandwidth or have extra servers in the wings.

I have used Turbotax for several years, but not next year!

This cost me a night's sleep And a day work, since I am not worth a damned if I've had no sleep.

Intuit will only issue an apology. So what? That doesn't help in damage already done.

One funny thing is, my wife is a teacher and asked her class if any parents had trouble with taxes last night. About 5 hands went up and she asked if any cursing occurred. A small boy said 'My parents always cuss when it comes to taxes'
