I'm NOT wrong (nor are you)....
I already said that Intuit did not do their job and you apparently agree with that.

My other point was that people that wait until the last minute to do something they have months to prepare for is not logical, nor is it very smart.

You can't go through life expecting that things will always go smoothly. I have lived long enough to know that there will ALWAYS be lines and crowds at times and things will not move the way you like them to. What the particular vendor is supposed to be doing has nothing to do with the reality that there will always be problems from time to time. If you constantly push your luck and wait until the last minute, you shouldn't complain because things don't work for you every time. That's life.
