You should demand at least a partial refund
For me, the whole reason I went with Turbo Tax was the convenience and speed of the eFile system, from the transmittal process to the speedier returns. I would have done the taxes myself if I knew I had to mail it in. So at least a partial refund is in order for those who could not transmit in time and went out and mailed their forms as you did.

The good news was that since I had some spare time in between retransmittals I did some searches and now I know of some places that will eFile for free, but without the assistance software. I'd rather have the assistance software to save time, but I'd prefer the hassle of having to do the taxes myself rather than the hassle of not knowing I can eFile on time.
