Why wait until the last minute
Anyone that waited until the last few hours to get their taxes done on turbo tax are morons! Granted, Intuit should anticipate it and should plan for it, and have sized their enviroment for the deluge, but people should still be accountable for poor planning. Besides, there are many reasons why waiting until the end is risky. What if the users isp was down? What if the computer they were using decided to fry it's hard drive or ram? Comon people, if you procrastinated and waited until the 12th hour to do your taxes and then the system wasn't working, blame yourself, not the tool.
