Are you part of the problem
This discourse will enlighten you all. Genuine Christians will especially take heart
from point 28. Point 36 is a must read (visit the link and read the article by Doug
Newman, ?Does Romans 13 demand that we pay income taxes??).

1. Today, taxes and taxation in general is a means to redistribute wealth; from the
poor and those who believe they're reasonably well off, to the richest people in the
world (all those who own and control the big international and central banks).

Note the 10 planks of the Communist Manifesto:

quote

The proletariat will use its political supremacy to wrest, by degree, all capital from
the bourgeoisie, to centralize all instruments of production in the hands of the
state, i.e., of the proletariat organized as the ruling class; and to increase the total
productive forces as rapidly as possible.
Of course, in the beginning, this cannot be effected except by means of despotic
inroads on the rights of property, and on the conditions of bourgeois production;
by means of measures, therefore, which appear economically insufficient and
untenable, but which, in the course of the movement, outstrip themselves,
necessitate further inroads upon the old social order, and are unavoidable as a
means of entirely revolutionizing the mode of production.

These measures will, of course, be different in different countries.

Nevertheless, in most advanced countries, the following will be pretty generally
applicable.

a. Abolition of property in land and application of all rents of land to public
purposes.

b. A heavy progressive or graduated income tax.

c. Abolition of all rights of inheritance.

d. Confiscation of the property of all emigrants and rebels.

e. Centralization of credit in the banks of the state, by means of a national bank
with state capital and an exclusive monopoly.

f. Centralization of the means of communication and transport in the hands of the
state.

g. Extension of factories and instruments of production owned by the state; the
bringing into cultivation of waste lands, and the improvement of the soil generally
in accordance with a common plan.

h. Equal obligation of all to work. Establishment of industrial armies, especially for
agriculture.

i. Combination of agriculture with manufacturing industries; gradual abolition of
all the distinction between town and country by a more equable distribution of the
populace over the country.

j. Free education for all children in public schools. Abolition of children's factory
labor in its present form. Combination of education with industrial production,
etc.

http://www.anu.edu.au/polsci/marx/classics/manifesto.html

2. Taxation is just like a protection racket. Pay up, or we'll (IRS or some other
'authority') tarnish your legal reputation, bankrupt you, send you to gaol, or kill
you.

3. But as the Communist Manifesto points out, planks one and two utilise taxation
to "to wrest, by degree, all capital from the bourgeoisie, to centralize all
instruments of production in the hands of the state".

4. Read "None Dare Call It Conspiracy" by Gary Allen with Larry Abraham by
Concord Press (Rossmoor California) 1972 (third printing).

And you will soon learn who currently controls the U.S. and the world. It's NOT 'the
people' as in the voters. It's the bankers.

5. Taxation is also used to control the populace to believe or accept, through fear
and conditioning, that government can only function in this way.

http://www.usdoj.gov/tax/

This is a lie.

6. Why are no other options to fund government allowed to be discussed,
scientifically assessed, or tested?

Real choices do exist. Like establishing a bank, to fund government expenditure,
and finance productive projects in the interest of the nation.

This is certainly possible. It has been done before. History records the (original)
Commonwealth Bank of Australia funding Australia's World War I effort, railways, a
shipping line (ANL), and other projects in the national interest.

Immense sums of interest were avoided, and Australians then endured little in the
way of taxes.

This bank was formed in 1912, but alas, by 1924 had been hijacked by the
'private' bankers and prevented from truly serving Australia and Australians
thereafter.

http://www.netbay.com.au/~noelozzy/commbank.htm

7. So a careful study of history shows a superior alternative exists. And there is no
need for taxation whatsoever.

8. Here's a question for you: Just how did the U.S. fund government between 1776
and 1913 without income tax upon the wages and salaries of workers?

9. In the U.S., income tax is a voluntary contribution. There is no law actually
requiring you to file 1040's and, or pay 'income tax'.

http://www.losthorizons.com/Cracking_the_Code.htm

10. That is why Whitey Harrell won his court case.

http://www.konformist.com/2000/whitey-harrell.htm

11. Listen to what juror Marcy Brooks has to say about this case (mp3's to
download as Part 1 and Part 2 at top of page):

http://yannone.blogspot.com/2006/08/jury-that-took-on-irs.html

12. A growing number of others are winning their income tax cases.

http://www.givemeliberty.org/RTPLawsuit/Update2005-06-28.htm
http://www.law.com/jsp/article.jsp?id=1176282246546

13. But misinformation and lies published in the media abound:
http://www.signonsandiego.com/uniontrib/20050411/news_1n11taxes.html

14. And many are falsely convicted, penalised, and imprisoned.
http://proliberty.com/observer/cindyneun.htm
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Tax_protester_history
http://irwinschiff.blogspot.com/

15. As Mark Yannone wrote on his blog, "It's only a matter of time...

quote

Indeed, it's true: Permitting the deliberating jury to see the IRS tax code book
would be problematic for the government. The jury would discover that everything
that Irwin Schiff has learned from more than 30 years of dedicated, single-minded
study about the federal income tax is true.

Even the few remaining doubters in this country have to raise an eyebrow when
they observe the behavior of the federal government. They have done everything
they possibly can to silence the truth.

In every trial the evidence has been severely restricted by the government and the
judges.

Irwin Schiff's latest book, Federal Mafia: How It Illegally Imposes and Unlawfully
Collects Income Taxes, was banned! Can you imagine such a thing happening in
the USA?

Thousands of people, including former employees of the IRS, have written multiple
letters to the head of the IRS, to the head of the US Treasury, to the head of the
Department of Justice, to their congressmen, and to the president, most of them
asking just six simple questions, some of them asking for an opportunity to be
heard. In every case, the people were ignored or given irrelevant form letters.

When New York Times reporter David Cay Johnston asked the head of the IRS
about the peoples' unanswered questions, the IRS replied, "We'll answer the
questions . . . with greater enforcement!"

Since then then government's silence has continued and one IRS target after
another has been falsely charged and prosecuted.

Now you've seen in Irwin Schiff's trial what kind of government abuse is used to
try to bring honest men and women to their knees. The government has no case,
and judges have frequently admonished government prosecutors for the paucity
of evidence and the poor quality of the government's lawsuits against the
members of the tax honesty movement. When the government rested it's case in
Larken Rose's trial, the judge was heard to say to the government prosecutor,
"That's it? That's all you've got?"

And so it is in this Irwin Schiff trial. That's it? That's all you've got? Irwin, Cindy,
and Larry have the written law on their side--in black and white in the IRS's own
code book, in the US federal statutes, in US Supreme Court decisions, and in the
US Constitution. The IRS, on the other hand, has a form letter.

The evidence is out, and it's irrefutable. The government's efforts to suppress
evidence, intimidate witnesses, and circumvent the law are all duly noted.

Eventually, the truth will win.

16. Income has been defined as profit from corporate activity. If you are NOT a
corporation, then you do not earn income and so you are NOT obliged to pay
income tax.

quote
An examination of these and other provisions of the act makes it plain that the
legislative purpose was not to tax property as such, or the mere conversion of
property, but to tax the conduct of the business of corporations organized for
profit by a measure based upon the gainful returns from their business operations
and property from the time the act took effect.
unquote

http://supreme.justia.com/us/247/179/case.html

17. The money raised via taxation barely pays the interest due on the loans
governments borrow from the Federal Reserve system, or other big or central
banks.

18. Taxes do not fund the services you expect from government. Not one dime.

To understand these facts more clearly, watch the DVD by Aaron Russo, America -
Freedom to Fascism. Visit http://www.freedomtofascism.com for details.

19. Governments keep borrowing to fund the services you expect or use. That is
why the 'national' or 'state' debt continues to rise.

20. But then, have you considered the fact that the U.S. is no longer a country?

It has apparently existed as a corporation since 1871.

quote

Did you also know that the COMMONWEALTH OF AUSTRALIA and STATE OF
QUEENSLAND [in] AUSTRALIA are listed as companies with the U.S. Securities and
Exchange Commission? (See below.)

As such they are not de jure (lawful) governments representing the suveran people
of Australia.

They are de facto (see definition below) governments, and in reality are political-
subdivisions of the UNITED STATES corporation, which was registered in England
as a corporation by (Presidential) Legislative Act in 1871 - 41st Congress, Session
III, Chapter 62, page 419.

unquote

http://www.brumbywatchaustralia.com/Principality01.htm

21. And consequently, you are supposedly held ('legally') to be the 'property' of
your country/state/corporation.

http://www.serendipity.li/jsmill/us_corporation.htm
http://proliberty.com/observer/20030507.htm

22. Be sure to download this eBook to appreciate and understand how
governments/corporations expect you to behave - as in the concept of they're
your master and you're their supposed slave - and what you can do to avoid their
intent.

http://www.natural-person.ca/pdf/mary_croft.pdf

And visit this website to learn more about natural persons versus corporations:
http://www.natural-person.ca/

23. So another reason new taxes are invented is to pay for the increasing
difference that occurs as the interest on the (corporate) 'debt' continues to rise
each year.

24. Consequently, sales taxes, and taxes on ecommerce are not necessary to fund
government. All taxes are unnecessary. Even the rates on your land and property
are unnecessary. So why accept them?

25. Abraham Lincoln said:

"The government should create, issue, and circulate all the currency
and credits needed to satisfy the spending power of the government and
the buying power of consumers. By adoption of these principles, the
taxpayers will be saved immense sums of interest. Money will cease to
be master and become the servant of humanity."

http://quotes.liberty-tree.ca/quote/abraham_lincoln_quote_9495

26. Each and every government has the capability of establishing a bank that
funds the needs of the people it serves. To not do so means they are subservient
to the demands of international bankers. There is no other possible excuse. See
Points 6 and 7 above.

27. Especially for those in the U.S., this link might be of serious interest:

http://www.natural-person.ca/US%20Federal%20Income%20Tax%20is%
20Dead.html

28. Genuine Christians are called upon to be discerning, to be wise, to know the
difference between lies, deceit and fraud, and to seek, apply and live the truth.

Malachi 3:18 (KJV):

Then shall ye return, and discern between the righteous and the wicked, between
him that serveth God and him that serveth him not.

29. A government that taxes its people via rates on land is wicked. Such a
government is stealing from our Creator.

Genesis 1:1 (KJV):
In the beginning God created the heaven and the earth.

Reading the whole chapter gives you a clear understanding of the true situation.
Yahweh, Almighty God created this world and all the land belongs to Him.

Leviticus 25:23 (KJV):

The land shall not be sold for ever: for the land is mine; for ye are strangers and
sojourners with me.

30. And so it can be seen that a government that taxes land is taxing something
that does not belong to it. Such a government does not deserve worship (which
means 'to give value to'). God owns the land. He alone deserves worship.

Exodus 34:14 (KJV):
For thou shalt worship no other god: for the LORD, whose name is Jealous, is a
jealous God:

31. Which means you've come to a fork in the road. Do you pay taxes to evil men
bent on enslaving you and yours to lies? Or do you learn the facts, appreciate the
Freedom option, and live the truth in love as God desires for each and every one
of us.

Matthew 6:24 (KJV):
No man can serve two masters: for either he will hate the one, and love the other;
or else he will hold to the one, and despise the other. Ye cannot serve God and
mammon.

32. Almighty God says tithing one tenth (10 percent) of the harvest is sufficient to
meet the needs of the stranger, the fatherless, and the widow, that they may eat
within thy gates.

Leviticus 27:32 (KJV):
And concerning the tithe of the herd, or of the flock, even of whatsoever passeth
under the rod, the tenth shall be holy unto the LORD.

Deuteronomy 26:12 (KJV):
When thou hast made an end of tithing all the tithes of thine increase the third
year, which is the year of tithing, and hast given it unto the Levite, the stranger,
the fatherless, and the widow, that they may eat within thy gates, and be filled;

33. Not only should you avoid government taxation (which is a mark of
subservience to a group of greedy men, and a clear proof of a 'slave' rendering to
a 'master' his supposed 'legal' due), but you are called to get out of Babylon.

Revelation of John 18:4 (KJV):
And I heard another voice from heaven, saying, Come out of her, my people, that
ye be not partakers of her sins, and that ye receive not of her plagues.

34. Because as Paul noted in II Corinthians 6 (KVJ):

And what agreement hath the temple of God with idols? for ye are the temple of
the living God; as God hath said, I will dwell in them, and walk in them; and I will
be their God, and they shall be my people.

35. So when Jesus (Yeshua) said:

Luke 20:25 (KJV):
And he said unto them, Render therefore unto Caesar the things which be
Caesar's, and unto God the things which be God's.

What did he mean?

Do you think you are meant to worship a secular government?

Of course not.

36. Now consider this food for thought and action:

quote

Therefore, Romans 13:1 says that when anyone claiming authority or power that is
not Godly or observant of the Law of God, then that one is, in fact, not a lawful
power or authority. This is VERY explicit, in that it says "Let EVERY soul be subject
to the higher power." This does not mean that the Citizens on the soil must be
subject to God's Law, but the Aristocracy may do as they wish, and still claim
God's seal of approval on their right to rule. Unless those in secular authority are
in reality, subject to The Higher Power (God Almighty), then those in secular
authority are not in the "power pipeline" over us. How do we know if they are in
conformity with the Law of God? Go back and read Romans 12 again, and use this
as your plum-line for gauging rectitude of conduct of the Clinton's, Gores,
Cheney's, and Bushes.

Going even further, Romans 13:2 says that whosoever resists the power and Law
of Elohim will receive damnation. The word "whosoever" would necessarily include
the "political leaders" of a country, would it not? We saw an explanation of part of
the Law of Elohim in Romans 12. When the leaders of a country openly resist the
Law of Elohim, and the people follow the leaders, then the people will also receive
unto themselves damnation.

Romans 13:9 gives an abbreviated list of the ten commandments, at least those
that explain how to break down the great commandment of "Love your fellow man
as yourself" into its component parts. When the leaders of a country covet, steal,
routinely lie in the name of "national security", and send our boys and girls to
foreign soil to steal the oil and resources of a foreign people, then we can be quite
certain that we will also receive unto ourselves the damnation if we follow the
secular leaders instead of the Prince of Peace.

One political commentator (W. F. Buckley) made the statement that "Taxation is
a form of eating, for politicians." Feeding a politician by paying him tribute is not
going to make him go away. In fact, the more you feed him, the bigger he gets
and the more he wants. Political power is like drug addiction. Once someone
becomes addicted or dependent upon opiate drugs, then the usual dose does not
serve for very long. One of the signs of addiction is the need for an increased
dose, or increased frequency of use. One cannot cure an addict by giving them
drugs any more than one can cure a politician's greed by paying taxes. If we are
on the side of RIGHT, then we will obey the Law of our Creator when it comes to
promoting the continuation of evil, or cutting off evil in our land.
...

If one wishes to criticize the point of view being presented herein, claiming that
one must obey earthly government until and unless the earthly government is in
conflict with God's Law, then how are they going to comply with the word "every",
in verse 13 All means "ALL", and every means "EVERY". To me, it seems that if one
is going to take First Peter 2:13 at face value, then one must either believe that
they should support abortion, assassinations, and deliberate destabilization of
societies wholeheartedly, with their own body, or they would be in violation of
their own beliefs.

So when earthly, secular governments are not given to us by God, and we are
not to support them, then what government are we to support? Check out Isaiah
33:22, - For the LORD is our Judge, for the LORD is our Lawgiver, for the LORD is
our King; He will save us. His government provides the peace, justice, mercy,
stability, and salvation that we need.

This, then, is OUR government, - the government that is on HIS shoulders.

http://www.hiscovenantministries.org/scripture/romans_1.htm

And to further address Romans 13, please read this article with care:

http://beatingthepowersthatbe.blogspot.com/2007/02/does-romans-13-
demand-we-pay-our-taxes.html

37. So why are you paying taxes to secular governments?

Remember, governments worldwide are borrowing money to fund their operations
and as a result, their debt levels are rising dramatically. No wonder (for example)
the U.S. dollar is losing value on world financial markets.

http://www.informationclearinghouse.info/article17512.htm
http://www.csmonitor.com/2006/0706/p01s04-usec.html
http://www.epinet.org/content.cfm/webfeatures_viewpoints_falling_dollar
http://www.globalpolicy.org/socecon/crisis/2003/07gpfdollar.htm

Taxes will continue to increase to pay for the interest on (corporate) ?national? and
?state? debts.

38. Now here?s another point. Is it true that the Internet is a network of computers
that, for the most part, is privately owned by individuals? A co-operative?

quote
The shared global computing network. A network based on standards including
Internet Protocol (IP), Simple Mail Transfer Protocol (SMTP) and the Domain Name
System (DNS), which enables global communications between all connected
computing devices. It provides the platform for web services and the WorldWide
Web.

unquote

http://looselycoupled.com/glossary/Internet

quote
The Internet is a worldwide, publicly accessible network of interconnected
computer networks that transmit data by packet switching using the standard
Internet Protocol (IP). It is a "network of networks" that consists of millions of
smaller domestic, academic, business, and government networks, which together
carry various information and services, such as electronic mail, online chat, file
transfer, and the interlinked Web pages and other documents of the World Wide
Web.
Unquote

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Internet

So it can be deduced that most computers connected to the Internet are privately
owned and used by individuals. These figures give you the big picture:

http://www.internetworldstats.com/stats.htm

Are we not all equal in a co-operative? At least, ?sharing? is a keyword for a
keypoint.

Surely we are free to seek and find information, data, software, goods and services
that have been listed, published and intended for public access and consumption
without a third party exacting tribute?

As Doug Newman writes, ?In I Corinthians 7:23, Paul exhorts us not to ?become
slaves of men.? A slave may be described as someone who labors involuntarily for
someone else?s benefit. A tax on income is a form of slavery.?

http://beatingthepowersthatbe.blogspot.com/2007/02/does-romans-13-
demand-we-pay-our-taxes.html

And this is arguably true for any tax levied by men considering the history of
bankers, governments and taxation.

39. Now according to Technorati, round 120,000 new weblogs are created
worldwide each day.

http://www.sifry.com/alerts/archives/000493.html
http://www.sifry.com/stateoftheliveweb/

The Pandia article in 2000 estimated the number of websites to be around 7
million. Netcraft say it is probably closer to 100 million as of late 2006. And it is
likely that most websites and blogs are owned, operated and (ideally) maintained
by individuals.

http://www.pandia.com/sew/383-web-size.html
http://www.pandia.com/searchworld/2000-39-oclc-size.html
http://edition.cnn.com/2006/TECH/internet/11/01/100millionwebsites/
index.html

The Internet is a co-operative. Its a potent medium of exchange that enables the
transfer of ideas and information between individuals. So why pay a tax to a third
party (the government) when you?re merely exchanging money for goods or
services with customers?

Are we soon to be expected to pay a tax for conversing or exchanging with friends
and family? For merely exchanging one thing (an idea, information, or goods or
services) to another (individual) for some value, the mafia government wants its
take?

Barter is again looking to be a viable option.

Remember (see 16. above), income has been defined as profit from corporate
activity. If you are NOT a corporation, then you do not earn income and so you are
NOT obliged to pay income tax.

Again, why pay any tax on any transactions between individuals? Net sales or
otherwise.

Remember, if you exchange as one individual to another, you are free to avoid any
?tax?.

If you call yourself a business, register or license it with the government and
partake of corporate activity, then your proverbial goose is cooked.

But if you are an individual with a livelihood?

40. Are you part of the problem, or part of the solution for truth, justice, and real
love for Almighty God and your neighbours?

May the truth set you free.
