Gotta love it when the kid screws up, gets punished... then the parents sue the school. That's right, teach the kid it's ok to screw with the principal... and if the school doesn't agree... SUE 'EM!

Here's an idea, keep your kid in line and this sort of thing wouldn't be an issue. Or at the very least, look your son in the eye and say... "This is what happens when you think you can do anything you please; someone reminds you that you can't".
