This is easy. Since the principle has since landed another job with a different school, its hard to argue that he was slandered to the point where it had a real effect. Now if he took a paycut to get that job or had to find a new job because of the alleged defamation, then maybe he has a snowball's chance....

As for the retards who messed with him they got what they deserved. The ONLY way for a principle to deal with students who directly and knowingly challenge his/her authority is to over react. He is the central authority at the school. If you let the kids mess with him then you could have anarchy on your hands.

Besides, what were the little retards thinking when they messed with someone who can make their lives miserable. Oh wait, they were thinking that mommy and daddy would shelter them some more. Sooner or later kids need to realize that as adults its possible to tick someone off where they will beat you to a pulp regardless of the rule of law or reason.

Kids need a good dose of fear to set them straight these days.......

Time to bring back the paddle......No wait, tasers are available now.
