Maybe you should read the article again. He is nothing more then an online blogger and not a member of any recognized news agency.

Maybe you should read some of my other posts. I am adamantly opposed to giving the government any power that allows them to force people to testify or release any information against their will. That being said, Citizens are not government and if a community feels that someone is not doing the morel thing by refusing to turn over information, say on a child molester then let society deal with the person. That's why I made my previous statement. I personally think the man was wrong and should have turned over the info, But the government has not right to compelled him to do so. Therefor in my community he would not be well thought of. People might go so far as to refuse to serve him or sell him goods. They would make him feel like an unwanted outcast so he would hopefully move away.
