social problem
This mans actions are a social problem not a governmental or legislative problem.
He has the right not to cooperate just like we as members of society have the right not to want to be surrounded by people like him. It's up to society to weed itself of scum like him. I live in a small town in Montana. I can guarantee if he tried moving in around here people would make sure he knew we did not want people like him in our community. Restaurants would refuse to serve him and stores would refuse to sell him goods. Now no one would hurt him, they would just shun him and make him feel like the scum he is. He would be made to feel like an out cast. Then again I live in a town where I don't have to lock my doors at night. We don't even lock our doors when we leave, there's no need to! People are very friendly here, life is as it should be. If a neighbor comes over and we are not home they are welcome to come in make a cup of coffee and wait. We take steps to protect our way of life. If your a criminal intending on coming here to commit crimes we are not scared of you, But you should dam well be scared of us.
