I hardly consider withholding video evidence of a battery to even be remotely anywhere near the same thing as mounting a revolution. In fact there is NO comparison.

Hey No-Ax_to_Grind what if your mother or father or spouse was ambushed and savagely battered in a mob setting and I had video tape of it? What if that video footage contained the only way to identify the assailant and what then if I flat out told you and the courts screw off I'm not turning it in?

.......Yah, that's the same thing as fighting for independence.
