I am not sure.. withholding evidence when you are not being tried is a..

crime. I am also not sure that withholding evidence is free speech. But if this were the case, many more people who are to afraid to talk to authorities would be in jail. The difference here is that he had phsycial evidence.

If they had a search warrant for his house and could not find the evidence then how did they know it existed? I dont believe in holding someone till they tell you where it is, is any help. He just sat behind bars until the supreme court heard his case.. so how does that help the state, it doesnt, therefore since he committed no crime he should not of been held.

Look this isnt a cut and dry subject.. i make no bones about it. But i do think there have been abuses. I do however believe he has the right to plead the fifth without being held accountable for anything.

The video is the hazey part of this whole argument though.
