i don't consider a blogger a jounalist any more than i consider myself a media pro.
so i take videos and make dvd's.
i do it in my spare time and if someone wants to reward me for it, great! i don't require compensation because it's just a hobby.

but even if he was a journalist and i a media pro., neither of us has the right to with-hold physical evidence of wrongdoing.

we cannot be rightfully compelled to speak of the crime.

but physical evidence is different.

if he didn't want to share it with the law, he shouldn't have admitted he had it.

these over 200 days that anarchist has been living free because this deluded fellow wouldn't give up the video is a travesty of justice. let that blogger look those injured in the face and convince them he is not an accomplice. i wouldn't believe it either.
