I don't see the problem with companies and customers alike being given the opportunity to interact efficiently and innovatively with a service like MyCyberTwin. It seems like a good, fun, and most importantly, different, service and can be used across all areas, personal social networking and, as you mentioned, commercially.

I very much doubt they are out to single handedly abolish human contact, just provide an alternative to the more traditional methods of communication. I'd get a CyberTwin for my own business, if only to be seen as providing a new, funky alternative!!
