Even Better than Offshore-Support
How long will it be before it's completely impossible to interact with a human being
for tech-support, customer service, or general questions?

I find the idea of a cyber-twin rather amusing if used by an individual, but I really
doubt that's going to be a significant market. But I'm betting businesses sure will
benefit from yet another method of keeping customers from actually reaching an
employee.
