Xbox-360 Elite a non-event
The Xbox-360 already looks and sounds great using Component cables and optical cable for sound, on a 72-inch HD-TV. I have done A/B comparisons between Component and HDMI cables on high-end gear, and the difference (when using good gear) is in the *convenience* of using a single cable. Ho-hum.

Want to get me to upgrade my Xbox-360 that I just purchased in December '06? Make it's Media Extener functionality deliver the Media Center Edition (MCE) user interface when the Xbox is connected to a Windows XP (non-Media Center) PC! That, I'd pay for, over the lame "Media Blade -> Music -> Computer" user interface.
