Parental Controls
The best control over what your child has access to is good parenting. If you do not want your child to view what you deem inappropiate on the internet then be a parent restrict internet access or purchase good filters. You can always opt not to have internet access available to your child at home, school or library. Yes they will find access somewhere, but there again, it's your job to know where they are and what they are doing and if you are afraid of them seeing something they shouldn't disallow them access to that location. Be a parent and control your own child, not everyone elses child or the adults of the country.

I am a mother of two teens and do not support any such laws supposedly designed to protect my children, I choose to protect them by being a parent.
