Anything is an improvement
As limited as this sounds right now I feel like I am left to defend myself by the government. On other crimes there are plenty of laws to prevent someone entering my home or property without my permission. But with computer technology it seems that there are lots of ways for criminals or nosey marketeers to enter my digital property and roam around and take whatever they want. Too little action has followed the previous laws. I see lots of elderly folks who do not have a clue how to protect themselves and they cannot understand how vulnerable they are when they start buying things online or just entering contests.
