Viacom vs YouTube
If a complete video or movie is not displayed then the copyright infringement is not the same as Napster. This is just greed on the part of Viacom. They (Viacom) just want to cash in on YouTube's success. If a law suite is won the money would go into the pockets of the Lawyers & Viacom executives, after going into the company accounts.
