Paticullary in US, you don't get the education because you love a certain industry, you get it to make a living later.
If there is a poor prospect to make a living as an egineer, you would choose something else.
H1-B, L1 and offshoring are doing exactly that, making science less rewarded financially.
It is just another way for the bigg business to maximize profits at the expense of the Ameriacan workforce.
It's no surprise to hear this scam from Gate$, but I hoped that this congress is not sold out already.
