We agree on one thing
Only I'd go one farther: I would let people decide who gets to keep their information on file. Maybe you like the idea of instant credit, maybe you don't care. If you don't you should have the ability to opt out.

Too many law enforcement agencies are using data aggregators as outsource dossiers on US citizens and it's not right.

There's a certain dollar value attached to your personal information and until you're able to withdraw your permission to distribute that information you'll never get your cut.

It's about privacy but it's also about economics.
